01 Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

02 Accounts & Registration

• To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must immediately notify Intellilabs Techno Solutions of any unauthorized use of your account.

03 Scope of Services

Intellilabs Techno Solutions provides digital workflow automation, identity verification assistance, business technology solutions, and integrated check-in platforms that enable users to share verified identity information with verified partners efficiently. Your data may include government-issued IDs (e.g., Aadhaar, Driving License) and related verification records.

You understand and agree that:

• Intellilabs facilitates digital solutions and workflow integrations, but does not issue identity documents or act as a government authority.
• Your ability to use the Services may depend on third parties, including government databases, cloud infrastructure providers, and integration partners. Intellilabs does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their actions.

04 Your Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
• Use the Services to impersonate another individual or entity.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, operation, or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to others without explicit permission.

05 Data, Privacy & Consent

Your use of the Services is governed by the Intellilabs Techno Solutions Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains:

• What information Intellilabs collects and how it is used.
• How data privacy and other personal information are processed.
• How and with whom your information may be shared, including partner services, technology vendors, and legal authorities.

Identity documents or verification files you provide are retained strictly in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and securely deleted or archived post lifecycle completion.

06 Third-Party Services

• The Services may integrate with or include links to third-party services.
• Intellilabs Techno Solutions is not responsible for the availability, content, terms, or privacy practices of such third parties.
• Use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms between you and that provider.

07 Fees & Payments

• Certain features of the Services may require subscription or transactional payments.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase or agreement.
• Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
• Intellilabs reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

08 Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, content, and code data, are owned by Intellilabs Techno Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services beyond what is expressly permitted.

09 Suspension & Termination

• Intellilabs may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but obligations concerning privacy, intellectual property, and indemnity will survive.

10 Disclaimers & Warranties

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Intellilabs does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Intellilabs expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

11 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellilabs' total liability arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Intellilabs in the past 1 month.
• Intellilabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Intellilabs Techno Solutions and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13 Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated version on the platform.
• Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Cochin, Kerala, India .
